In-office technical/operation support with international operators is preferred d. Writing proposals/programs/tenders in English and Chinese Capability: a. Self-driven, responsible and team-playing b. Wide and specific knowledge about drilling-fluid chemistry, products, operational procedures c. Able to provide premier technical support for international and national operators before/in operation d. Able to write technical proposals/programs and compose tenders including the ones in high profile in English for international operators e. Good communication in English and Chinese including business liaison, presentation and writings f. Good business sense g. Willing to travel among offices and working sites
