蓝鲸能源有限公司是一家注册在香港的专门从事国际使用天然气资产收购、兼并的能源公司。公司资本雄厚、行业资源极为丰富，现诚向社会各界招聘英才。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：油藏工程 工作地区：北京市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：硕士招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: 岗位职责： 1.负责集团公司对内资产整合、重组、规范等工作以及集团公司对外兼并、收购、重组等资本运作项目的分析、论证及执行； 2.根据集团公司发展战略规划，并结合集团公司资产、资源与能力状况，研究、分析资本市场； 3.负责组织协调集团公司涉及股权融资、参股经营、股权划转、企业股改、发行上市等工作； 4.负责战略合作洽谈、商务谈判的组织、协调，跟进落实战略合作项目进展； 5.负责围绕集团公司资本运作、企业上市等方面重大课题，组织并实施专项调研，为公司决策提供建设性的意见或建议； 6.部分投资项目的谈判、签约及跟踪管理，投资项目的审查，投资方案的设计及相关文件的撰写，完成投融资和并购交易的执行； 7.完成公司领导交代的相关工作。 任职资格 1.硕士及以上学历，金融、证券、经济、财务、法律、工商管理等相关专业； 2.五年以上工作经验，熟悉股权并购、投融资、企业重组、引入战略投资人等投资银行业务，曾在证券公司的研发部门及投行部门工作者优先；有石油能源行业工作经验者优先； 3.具有金融证券及财务专业知识，熟悉资本运营、境内外资本市场相关政策法规及IPO工作，能够独立撰写商业计划书； 4.取得CPA、CFA、ACCA、律师资格证者优先； 5.对市场和行业发展趋势保持高度敏感，拥有良好的交易嗅觉； 6.熟悉金融政策、法律法规及投融资、担保等业务，与银行、证券公司、会计师事务所、律师事务所等建立过良好的合作关系； 7.具备较强的文字表达能力、财务分析能力、谈判沟通能力、组织协调能力、逻辑思维能力； 8.英文听说读写能力良好，可用作为工作语言。 Position: Investment Banking Project Manager Job Duties: 1.Responsible for corporate internal assets integration, asset reconstructuring, standardization, etc. as well as analysis, demonstration and execution of capital operations regarding external foreign merger, acquisition, reconstruction, etc. 2.Study and analyze capital market based on corporate development strategy plans and corporate conditions of assets, resources and capabilities, resources & capabilities. Master associated financial tools. 3.Organize and coordinate corporate equity financing, corporate operation, equity transfer, enterprise share reform, public offering, etc. 4.Responsible for organization and coordination of strategic cooperation discussions and business negotiations. Follow up on strategic cooperation projects. 5.Organize and conduct special researches on corporate capital operation, enterprise listing and other major topics., providing constructive comments & suggestions on corporate decision making. 6.Responsible for the negotiation, signing, follow-up management and review of some investment projects. In ge of designing of investment plans, composition of relevant documents, and execution of investment, financing and M&As. 7.Other work assigned by the corporate management. Qualifications: 1.Master degree or above in Finance, Security, Economics, Law, Business Administration or other related majors. 2.At least 5 years working experiences, familiar with equity merger & acquisition, investment & financing, enterprise reconstruction, introduction of strategic investors and other investment banking business. Previous working experiences in the R&D department or Investment Banking department of some security company is preferred. Previous working experiences in petroleum industry is preferred. 3.A good knowledge of finance and equity. Familiar with capital operations, relevant policies and regulations as well as IPO procedures of capital markets at home and abroad. Able to prepare business plans independently. 4.CPA, CFA, ACCA and Lawyer Qualification Certificates holders are preferred. 5.Highly sensitive to the market and industrial trends. Possess a good sense of market trades and rich imagination. 6.Familiar with financial policies, laws and regulations, and investment, funding & guarantee businesses. Good relations with banks, security companies, accounting firms, legal firms, etc. 7.Equipped with strong skills in written communications, financial analysis, negotiation & coordination, and logical thinking. 8.Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Sufficient command of English as working language.
