Our flagship product is the subsurface modelling tool JewelSuite (www.jewelsuite.com) that integrates workflows all the way seismic to simulation in an easy to use . based application. Our products are based on the quickly expanding JewelEarth platform that is available to our customers for proprietary developments. The Reservoir Software group is quickly expanding its global operations and is now seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our dynamic organization. Primary Objective: Deliver software training, effective pre-sales and post-sales technical support to potential and existing users of Baker Hughes Reservoir Software. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Provide effective pre-sales support to potential customers of Baker Hughes Reservoir Software ? Assist with preparing demonstrations, presentations, technical documents, training materials, and workflows. ? Deliver excellent technical presentations and software demonstrations ? Create and maintain up-to-date commercial training materials ? Conduct technical customer software training ? Provide comprehensive technical software support to users of Baker Hughes Reservoir Software ? Communicate with clients via email, telephone, and in person to troubleshoot issues that users encounter with reservoir software ? Execute client evaluations, and build models with clients to demonstrate the strengths of Baker Hughes Reservoir Software. ? Visit clients for on-site support and presentations. ? Provide input for software development process ? Be responsible for technical and operational consultation and technology transfer to enable users to learn and use reservoir software effectively ? Serve as a client liaison to build strong relationships with clients. ? Handle special projects as assigned ? Interface with other parts of Baker Hughes organization; work collaboratively with global and regional functions Preferred qualification / requirements ? Relevant Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of upstream oil and gas experience or relevant Master Degree with at least 3 years of experience along with thorough knowledge of upstream oil and gas software applications and how these applications provide value to the industry. Experience with JewelSuite, GMI and Meyer suite of software required. Knowledge of competitive and complementary software such as Landmark, Petrel, SMT, Paradigm, Roxar, etc. preferred. ? Demonstrate extensive and diverse expertise in subsurface modelling, geomechanics, reservoir fluid flow, and hydraulic fracturing modelling. ? Extensive knowledge of BHI Reservoir Software ? Must be a self-motivated, positive, energetic, confident, and ethical expert with a strong drive for results. ? Demonstrate excellent analytical problem solving skills. ? Exhibit excellent interpersonal, customer-oriented, and knowledge transfer skills, with excellent English verbal and written communication skills. ? Possess strong teaching and presentation skills. ? Capable of working individually or in a multidisciplinary team, and with an extensive client base.
