The company place strong emphasis4>岗位职责： 1.负责组织开展油田地面建设工作计划管理，对油田地面建设工程的各阶段进行控制； 2.负责项目进程中的各项预算、估算及费用的审查及优化； 3.对项目各招投标进行检查、审查和批准，提交费用控制报告并审查采购施工的进度； 4.负责地面建设工程的方案审查，审核相关工程合同和相关合同审批文件； 5.监督工程施工，检查和确认地面工程承包商的工作量和施工质量，并组织竣工后的验收工作。 任职条件： 1.五年以上油田地面工程建设施工相关工作经验，相关专业大专以上学历； 2.具有地面工程或石油建设工程方面的综合管理能力、评价知识和能力； 3.有较为丰富的现场管理经验，熟悉地面工程质量标准和相关技术，具备独立解决复杂问题的能力； 4.具有很强的沟通、协调和推进能力，责任心强，工作态度积极乐观； 5.会使用P6软件； 6.英语4级以上，能熟练阅读、书写。
