The company place strong emphasis4>主要工作职责： 1．项目成本估算： （1）依据施工图纸、设计说明书、有关标准图集及工程预算定额和收费标准等，进行设备、材料的市场询价； （2）根据项目定位拟订成本估算指标，对项目成本、费用进行合理估算； （3）编制工程项目中的工程预算书（或是工程量清单）； 2. 参与投标： 负责编制投标工程的经济条款及其他与投标工作有关的文件、资料准备； 3．成本控制： （1）依据公司内部成本管理规定，对施工过程中设备、材料的数量与价格进行监控，并出具审核意见，建立成本台帐，以实现工程成本相关费用目标计划； （2）负责审核施工单位上报的月度工程量，作为工程进度款的支付依据，对施工过程中实施有效的成本控制； （3）对因设计变更、现场签证导致工程造价的变化进行审核； 4．审核工程预、决算： （1）审核按固定交付的前期、后期开发配套费用及预决算工程量，包括材料、设备的单项、总项报价等； （2）根据公司工程采购程序、项目定位标准、施工图及预算书，进行材料、设备的核价； （3）参与编制施工图增减预算，根据设计变更和现场签证编制补充预算，并进行整理汇总，初步确定工程结算造价,编写工程竣工的结算说明； （4）根据结算资料，参与审核施工单位竣工结算，核对工程量，保证结算； （5）协助财务部门做好工程决算审计工作。 经验能力要求： 1、大学本科以上学历，经济类专业毕业，工程造价、概预算专业； 2、熟悉相应专业预算定额及概算定额能够独立编制相应专业的工程量清单并组价； 3、能熟练应用相关工程造价软件熟练应用办公软件； 4、具有良好的沟通、组织、判断能力有较强的语言、文字表达能力； 5、具有良好的职业道德； 6、具有执业资格者优先。
