This includes: •Regulatory and Corporate Compliance •Supervision of purchasing activities •Promote and maintain quality objectives for department •Experience in all operational aspects of Supply Chain activities both. •Expertise in supply operations systems’ requirements and functionality. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Knowledge of compliance requirement related to international offshore industry operations. •Experience in the use of planned maintenance company systems. •Ensure that materials purchased are as specified, safe, fit for purpose, correctly documented and the most economic to fulfill the Company business objectives. •Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and present for approval purchase orders within limits of managements financial authority. •Ensure that all materials and services are sourced, priced, purchased and supplied in accordance with Company Management Systems Procedures. •Where identified as the actioning party, close out any actions in a timely manner. •Ensure that all invoice queries are processed, and changes approved, in a timely manner. •Ensure all asset/stock number requests are approved in a timely manner. •Assist with other departmental tasks as directed by Functional Manager. •Responsible for the administration of all aspects of the supply chain and compliance system point of view utilizing the company’s ed system. •Carry out any functions and duties as deemed necessary by his/her direct supervisor. •Responsible for ensuring that certificates required for trade or position are kept valid and current. •Provide coaching and mentoring as appropriate. •Participate in performance reviews. Must have Relevant construction experience with a good understanding of marine equipment and materials. Must be fluent in Chinese and able to communicate in English. Must be willing to be located at Shekou-Shenzhen, PRC.
