The Refining & Chemicals Division of Total,4>Responsibilities: 1.In ge of the tasks related with Ningbo project instrument and related schemes. 2.Participates new project instrument technical confirmation and ion. 3.Monitor the instrument status, make the maintenance plan and implement it. 4.Ensure to and improve the instrument related operating procedures and working instruction timely and accurately 5.Manage the spare parts, technical management of special equipments / measure equipments according to the instrument management regulations 6.Manage the work permit, organize preparation related works & analysis of instrument change 7.Liaise and handle various technical issues with Design Institute and some suppliers. 8.Co-operation with purchasing department and construction team in the company 9.In ge of the sub-contractors site management to ensure the safety construction. 10.Participate in the HSEQ management system.　 11.Ensure to control maintenance cost of instrument effectively Qualifications: 1.College educational background or above, major in instrument or related. 2.Above 3 years’ working experience in instrument field of chemical plant 3.Strong ability of problem finding, analyzing and solving. 4.Strong sense of responsibility and team work, effective communication skill. 5.Capable of reading English technical documents. 6.Good computer software skills
