深圳市润鑫源润滑油有限公司是中国石化茂名石油化工股份有限公司1986年在深圳设立的专业润滑油销售公司；2008年经过改制，重新注册成立了深圳市润鑫源润滑油有限公司。公司变更后，全部的业务和产品均得到了完整的延续和保持，特别是在原主体公司20多年的规划和支持下，公司目前已经拥有1200多平方米的经营场所和一支专业的销售队伍，以及快捷有效的配送服务。在产品多样性配备和及时有效的技术服务、售后服务方面，都给广大客户朋友们留下了良好的口碑。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：炼油化工类 其它专业技术类 工作地区：深圳市 行业：石油、石油化工、石化、润滑油、天燃气 年龄要求：18-60岁学历：本科招聘人数：2名工作经验：2年以上Principal Activities l 负责公司应收及应付帐款的管理工作。 Be responsible of account payable and account receivable management. l 负责合同及非合同项下应付账款的单据审核工作。 Be responsible of reviewing the supporting documents of payment for contract and non-contract. l 负责SAP系统的往来帐清帐工作。 Be responsible for cleaning A/P and A/R in SAP system. l 负责应收/应付帐款的定期分析工作。 Be responsible for periodical analysis of A/P and A/R. l 及时处理银行日常收付款业务，确保每笔收付业务的准确性。 Perform bank-in and bank-out procedures on a timely basis, ensure the accuracy of each payment and collection. l 实施高效的应收及应付系统及管理流程。 Efficiently implement account payable and account receivable system/process. l 整理审核银行回单及结算票据并妥善保管重要单证。 Sort and review bank slips and settlement bills and safely keep the important bills. l 确保与银行沟通渠道的顺畅并负责每月与银行对帐。 Ensure the communication channel with bank smoothly and check with the banks on a monthly basis. l 协助对公司客户的信用进行定期检查。 Assist in customer credit inquiry on a regular basis. l 协助完成外汇收付的外管局报批或核销手续核销。 Assist in getting the approval or verification of the FX payment and collection by FX Administration Bureau. l 协助管理信用证的审单及开证事宜。 Assist in reviewing the documents of L/C and opening L/C. l 审核并管理承包商、供应商提交的保函。 Review and manage the bond provided by contractors and suppliers. l 与银行、外汇管理局的日常沟通、联系，掌握新结算政策。 Keep communication and contact with the banks and SAFE to FX settlement policies. l 部门经理安排的其他工作。 Other duties as required by line manager. 学历 / 经验/技能要求 EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT l 教育背景：财务、会计、金融相关专业本科毕业。有会计上岗证。 Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics; qualified as Accountant with Position Certificate of Accountant. l 相关工作经验：有财务、会计3年以上的工作经验；有石化行业相关工作经验优先。 Relevant Working Experience: Minimum 3 years finance, accounting working experience; relevant working experience in petrochemical companies is preferred. l 有良好的英语基础，电脑运用熟练；熟悉SAP财务软件优先。 With good English capacity and computer skill; familiar with SAP financial software is preferred. l 良好的沟通能力和分析能力。 Good communication capacity and analysis skills.
