Our focus is4>Responsibility: Location: Beijing Report to: Team lead/Project manager * Directly report to project manager, provide daily assistance to project manager. * Help with project leader to liaise with oversea clients to make sure the project runs successfully, ensure the communication with clients is smooth by helping team members with conference calls and emails. * Help with arranging conference calls, meetings with clients, compile meeting memos, weekly reports, final technical reports and other required documents. * Understand the work scope of the project and every team member\s task by working together with team members, help project manager with internal communication among team members. * Involved in project engineering work, and finish required workload. QUALIFICATION: * 2012 University Graduate * Bachelor degree above in Geology, Geophysics or Reservoir engineering. * Good command of both oral and written English, overseas experience would be preferred. * Excellent learning abilities, good interpersonal skills. * Have strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented and detailed oriented. * Good time management skills and highly organized.
