目前,我们在北京办事处招聘一位区域客户经理。 这个职位是向销售经理汇报。
工作职责
1、 负责在指定区域规划客户的销售活动,完成销售任务
2、 有效地提供客户服务,管理公司所销售产品的服务质量、稳定性和利润
3、 及时解决客户所需和关心的问题
4、 与公司的其他员工合作以便完成终销售
5、 负责合同结束后的销售回款
6、 为新销售人员提供在职培训
7、 如果工作需要,参加相应的市场活动,如:行业研讨会和商业展示会等活动
工作内容
1、 准备销售计划和客户拜访计划,以便确定指定目标和相应的客户联系数量,能讲流利、标准的普通话
2、 准备和制定客户的商务演示,商业计划和合同
3、 发展、保持和更新销售资料和产品知识
4、 建立和保持与现有和潜在客户的关系
5、 管理和准备相应的客户合同等行政服务
6、 定期进行工作报告,包括:销售活动、合同结束,销售追踪和指标完成情况
7、 与客户沟通,寻找新产品和新的商业服务机会,发展特定项目,获得商业信息,获得客户反馈信息
8、 实时更新客户信息与进度情况
9、 开发并良好的维护与客户的关系,维护公司形象
任职资格
1、 大学专科以上学历,有石油行业工作背景或相关工作经验者优先;
2、 从事软件销售工作 5 年以上;
3、 理解销售工作的意义及内涵,认真对待每一个客户,日常工作中能做到及时拜访客户,准确理解客户对产品
和服务的需求和概念,熟练使用销售技能.能准确把握销售机会.
4、 思路清晰,言谈得体,能保持谦虚开放的心态与人沟通无障碍沟通,并善于总结经验.
5、 能适应经常出差,并保持较好的工作状态.
6、 有英文办公经验者优先

Regional Account Manager
Beijing
Geomodeling is a leading software solutions provider serving the world-wide energy industry. Our products are
used by major oil & gas companies, independent oil & gas companies, and service companies world-wide to
reduce uncertainty, and more accurately understand the subsurface in order to discover, measure, and extract
existing and future energy resources. We have offices in Calgary, Houston, and Beijing.

We currently have an opening in our Beijing office for a Regional Account Manager. This position reports to the Sales
Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for manage clients, promote sales in assigned region, achieve sales targets
2. Effectively provide service to clients, control the quality of product, stability and profit
3. Efficiently solve problem and reply inquiry clients
4. Work with other employees as a team to achieve final sales targets
5. Be responsible for clients payment of finished contract
6. Provide coach and on job training to new sales people
7. Participate in marketing activity when required
Work Content:
1. Prepare sales plan and client visiting plan, set target and quantity of clients contact, fluent Mandarin
without accent
2. Prepare and formulate presentation, proposal and contract
3. Develop, maintain, sales material and product knowledge
4. Build and maintain relationship with current clients and potential clients
5. Manage and prepare contract and other support service
6. Prepare regular working reports, include: sales and contract report, sales tracking, target achieving
7. Capture new product and business opportunity during communication with client, develop specific project
to get business information and feedback clients
8. clients data and progress timely
9. Develop and improve relationship with clients behalf as company
Qualifications:
College education above, with oil working background and experience is a plus
Have 5+ years software sales working experience
Good understanding the work and meaning of sales, visit client timely, accurately understand the
requirement/concept of product and service clients, apply sales skill proficiently, capture sales
opportunity
Proven communication skills, be good at learning past experience
Be available for frequent business trip also keep good working condition
Experience in English working environment is the asset

creativity, take initiative, and embrace a positive attitude
