Support the sales staff for product promotion, to ensure customers understanding of the product and resolve customer problems, to ensure communication between the technical support department and customer and technical support staff at headquarters to communicate and do a good job in this sector management job.
1. Be responsible for the department staff recruitment, assessment and evaluation;
2. Reasonable arrangements for coordinating the work of the department staff, with the completion of the sales staff of high-quality customer technical support. Includes: all training, installation, test projects and commercial projects, staffing, quality requirements, process planning, time requirements;
3. The arrangement of mission work of the staff of the department, prepare the relevant plans, sum up and archiving;
4. To ensure outreach multimedia to the latest version, and through exchanges with the relevant personnel to form a unified version of the unified answer customers technical exchanges on the same problem;
5. Standardize on software training time, content and process to form a unified standard;
6. Reasonable arrangements for the range of technical support staff, customer service, customers do each responsible for part of the region; and responsible for regular return visits;
7. Communication with customers to understand summary of product advantages and disadvantages, and product design advice and recommendations;
8. The development and testing department staff training, to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the product;
9. To take effective measures to strengthen technical exchanges with customers, promote the skills and effectiveness of customer product use;
10. Communicate with the Product Manager on customer feedback
11. Ensure bugs are reported
12. Ensure technical user documentation is complete
13. Ensure technical and product presentations are accurate and complete
Requirements:
1. A petroleum exploration or petroleum geology professional, college or above
2. Familiar with geostatistical theory and reservoir stochastic modeling technology
3. The oil field exploration, more than eight years experiences in development work
4. 5 years management experience
5. Familiar with Landmark, GeoQuest, Petrel and other industry software
6. Can use English as working language
7. Adapt to travel frequently, have a strong sense of responsibility, with a strong sense of teamwork and communication and learning ability
