As founded since 1978, SNF is always focusing4>职位描述: Responsibilities: 1.direct the purchasing function for a chemical manufacturer to ensure interrupted supply at optimum cost with the company established policies and guidelines. 2.adapt purchasing policies/procedures and ensure the compliance for procuring materials and services. 3.follow up and coordinate the major raw materials and utilities supply contractors to ensure proper compliance in according to the contracts terms and conditions. 4.negociate all contracts for goods and services with several providers and present to management results for decision. Requirements: -bachelor degree or above, more than one year related purchasing experience in foreign invested company, chemical plant is preferred. -good negociation,organizing and planning skills. -good command of English written and oral, and MS office skills. -self-motivated, honest, responsible and team spirit. -willing to relocate in Jiangsu Taixing city.
