Work with HR function team of China to contribute and implement the HR strategy and policy in the region and ensure consistency across business lines. Responsibility: 1. Workforce Planning & Staffing ? Collect, analyze and consolidate workforce plan base on the correct data maintenance in the system. ? Manage the recruitment request including the development needs to fulfill the business request within the region. ? Manage employment administration and employee termination activities, including administration of personnel document setting personnel files to maintenance like contract renewal, statutory registration. 2. Learning & Development ? Collect the training request and coordinate with centralize team to implement the training, tracking the training effectiveness. ? Coordinate with the line manager in the region to care the development needs of the region, tracking the development status of the key people in the region. And lead the development activities 3. Performance & Rewarding ? Coordinate the relevant manager to proceed the annual employee performance review including refresh the system and process ? Proceed the C&B operation to attract, motivate and retain talents and reflect market trends to help shape the competitive policies, ? Maintain the fair rewarding system in the region base on the policy of the company with well understanding and steering of the expectation of the employees together with the line managers. 4. Employee Relationship & Communication ? Support to enhance the communication to foster trust building between the employees and the management, and the realization of a commitment work environment ? Support the line manager to deal with discipline issues and low performance cases with consultation on company processes to the relevant manager, evidence collection, legal requirement etc. 5. Organization Development ? Support re-organization and employee movement with business growth and changes, and prepare for succession base on recruitment and development programs ? Review and bench mark new/revised positions to justify proposed job grading with appropriate recommendations. Requirement: 1. Over 8 years HR experience in MNC, with at least 3 years in management position 2. Rich experience in full HR functions especially in recruitment, training, employee relationship 3. Bachelor degree or above 4. Mature interpersonal skills with good people sense 5. Be responsible and integrity 6. Excellent English and PC skills
