Innovative technologies that curb polluting emissions, lower industry’s energy use, recover and reuse natural resources or develop the energies of tomorrow, such as hydrogen, biofuels or photovoltaic energy… Oxygen for hospitals, homecare, fighting nosocomial infections…Air Liquide combines many products and technologies to develop valuable applications and services not4>职位描述: Responsibilities: 1.Ensure Market visibility and Development - Initiate and maintains industrial contacts to better identify their current and potential needs - Collect and reports innovation ( AL and competitors) to Market Manager - Work with Sales Representatives on joint account and prospection planning according to sales development objectives defined for the Market 2. Propose&implement actions plan to support Business Developers and/or Sales Representatives in the region. - Propose business plan/action plan to develop business a national wide market view and support to implement in the regions. - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and whenever needed organises/ participate to AL international or national events. - Follow up the implementation results and make assessment and analysis. - Develop / Prepare the standard promotional materials to support Sales&BD team to present and communicate with the customers. - train sales team to ensure AL solutions are applied in a safe and optimal manne 3. Promote ed AL solutions to potential and existing customers - Directs, in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager or Region Manager sales forces efforts - Develops and leverages confidence based relationships at both business and technical level within customer organizations - Proposes AL technical solutions to ed customers. Proposes tests at customers site in collaboration with Application Specialist. 4. Conduct business development with Sales Representatives/Business Developers in the region. - Define, prepares and presents commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales Representative/BD; Elaborate technical proposal (with Application Specialist if needed, with Sales Manager if needed) - Coordinate trials with Application Specialist if required, start-up and customer training (involves ALTEC expert if needed) - Participate, if needed, in offer, contract reviews and contract signature negotiation (with Sales Manager if needed) - dashboards, opportunity lists, references lists of his/her market 5. Defend AL customer base against competition (gas and non-gas) - Conduct market studies and competitor intelligence as a regular basis. - Protect customer portfolio against competitor attacks through technical know-how transfer. - Identify competitors threat through SWOT analysis, gathering information crossed with local assessment. Reports it to the sale team and marketing manager. - Detect growth potential at AL customer site on Sales Force request. 6. Ensure HSE and quality policy compliance - Ensure quality, safety and reliability according to lcoal regualation and IMS procedures. - Develops and implements internal communication plan for the market area. - Ensure communication between AL China team and local business owners. Requirement: - 5years+ sales experience in fine chemical/industrial products - Bachelor degree in major of fine chemical or relevant - Professional selling skills and convincing capability - Strong communication skills and customer service senses - Good command of English, oral and written - Wiling to travel, travel frequency is 30%-40%
