(add more rows as needed) Estimated % time · Set-up and maintain a standard filing system for reports and data on all activities, such as site survey, seismic acquisition, well reports and logging data, etc. 20 · Make and distribute Wenchang 13-1/2 Oilfields & Liwan deepwater gas field daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly production reports; input the production data into Husky management system as required 10 · Assist Manager in drafting all Exploration & New Ventures related documents 10 · Purchase seismic and well data CNOOC and other partners upon approval Management. Receive and transmit all related data 10 · Issue PRs for all related activities 10 · Provide support in the form of visa issues, securing accommodation and transportation for Calgary staff and consultants associated with all activities 10 · Translate relevant data and documents 10 · Organize Expert Group meetings and making meeting minutes 10 · Compile Asia Pacific exploration monthly reports 5 · Liaise and coordinate with related departments internally and partners externally 5 Note: This position agrees with and has adopted the major elements of the HOIMS program with respect to the way in which all work is undertaken in this Business Unit.
