Provide supervisory focal point for all D&；C Operations. Ensures operations are conducted in accordance with sound engineering practices and compliance with all environmental and safety laws and regulations. Supervise difficult and hazardous operations with minimal direct supervision. Supervise drilling, completion and workover operations over a 24-hour period. Identifies and implements well operation performance improvement opportunities. Actively supports the tracking of performance and operational improvements via the Knowledge Management &； Technical Limits processes and champions similar efforts on the part of all rig site personnel.
