Designs wells that meet OE and capital stewardship standards. Prepare well cost estimates and drilling programs. Recommend and implement performance improvements and lessons learned to Asset teams. Communicate daily to Asset team in developing and uting wells construction. Insures that Company policy, accepted industry standards, safety procedures and government regulations are strictly adhered to in all aspects of well construction. Also work with category management as potential contract owners to develop technical specs etc. Develops D&；C Basis of Design document for well construction
