Project task control Ensure the assigned task of capex or related project on schedule and under budget. 2. Mechanical device development Design feasibility device and tools to be suitable for our production and project. 3. Mold upgrade Optimize and develop tube self-centering head and sheet round head design. 4. Equipment improvement Improve existing process equipment to make it more efficiency and easily operation. 5. Technical support for maintenance Support plant engineering team to do maintenance with professional eye and technology. 6. Standardization equipment Build up mechanical specification and requirement of equipment and facility to standardize it. 7. New equipment sourcing Source new technical and equipment to develop our process. 8. Changeover and absorption Develop equipment and facility in local base on Armacell worldwide advanced facility and tools. 9. Support for APAC plant Support our APAC (Korea, Thailand Suzhou etc.) plant in technical and equipment. 10. Lean-WAM application for early equipment Monitor equipment and facility with Lean-WAM concept during design, purchase and fabrication. Requirements 1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Integration or relevant. 2. At least five years experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing environment. 3. Familiar with mechanical parts design , metal material choosing to meet our production equipment requirement, good electrical knowledge is preferred. 4. Familiar with kinds of mechanical parts such as hydraulic, pneumatic, actuators and driving system. 5. Capability of 2D/3D drawings, AutoCAD, Pro-E etc. 6. Have experience in project management is preferred. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skill. 8. Good writing and reading in English, especially fluent in oral English is preferred.
