CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited has been established as a Chinese Foreign Equity Joint Venture Company4>职位描述: Principal Accountabilities: To provide contracting/procurement support to internal customers for requirements for goods and services in line with the CSPCL business plan and the procurement policy and procedures. 1. To develop short and long term contracting and procurement strategy in a joint venture multi cultural environment during commercial operation phase; 2. To develop and implement short and long term sourcing plan in line with the defined contracting and procurement strategy; 3. To develop and implement procurement & service contracting plan within the work scope, and to continuously drive for structural cost improvement basing on CSPC business requirements and market environments as a Contracting & Procurement specialist. 4. To manage key stakeholders, both internal (CSPC business, Management) and external (Key Suppliers). 5. To implement and optimize SAP Contract and Procurement module, E-procurement and to develop/implement the other CP related e-business to ensure efficiency and proper control of the contracting process. 6. To ensure all procurement related services requests including the contracting & procurement of process chemicals, catalysts onshore and offshore are timely delivered with sound quality and cost effectively. 7. To actively participate in Procurement works across the affiliates and the industry to share learning and to exploit leverage wherever possible. Qualifications: 1. Educational background: Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemical/Commercial. 2. Work experience: Contracting & Procurement professional or commercial professional, at least relevant experiences of 5 years. Good experience with procurement and/or through understanding of relevant business. 3. Language proficiency: Fair command of English and Chinese language (spoken/written). 4. PC skills: Proficient in IT skills. SAP knowledge will be an advantage. This is a temporary position for 2 years.
