CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited has been established as a Chinese Foreign Equity Joint Venture Company4>职位描述: Principal Accountabilities Responsible for maintaining the QMI Instrument equipment and facilities in the process units or utility area to the required operational safety and efficiency by providing technical support in terms of routine check, periodical validation check and carrying repair in accordance with the organizations procedures. The incumbent is expected to participate to carry out the emergency response procedures of the complex and to perform other duties as and when required. A.General 1.Observe all safety, health and environmental standards in the plants and ensure all work practices are carried in accordance to the specified requirements. 2.Identify potential hazard and risk associated with the routine maintenance activities and to perform Job Hazard Analysis with supervisors, contractor and process operators prior commencement of work. 3.Have working knowledge on the procedures in the Permit-To-Work system. 4.Have a working knowledge on the use of Computerized Maintenance Management System. 5.Assist in identifying equipment, systems and component faults and participate in team problem solving and decision analysis. B.QMI Instrument Equipment 1.Identifies/ rectifies faults in non-complex analyzer and AMADAS/ PGCs work system. 2.Installation and maintenance of analyzer including the sample conditioning system. 3.Skilled in the use of measuring tools such as multi-meter, voltage tester, electronic oscilloscope, etc. 4.Perform routine preventive maintenance of QMI instrument systems. C.AMADAS Systems, HVAC safeguarding and PGC work 1.Have working knowledge on the AMADAS. 2.Have working knowledge on the HVAC safeguarding system in order to be able to advise the HVAC contractor in doing the normal routine maintenance of the HVAC. 3.Assist QMI senior technician in maintenance and fault finding of the problem related to the AMADAS and PGCs work. Qualifications 1.Educational background: A relevant qualification technical college and above. 2.Work experience: Minimum 2 years oil or petrochemical maintenance experience. Previous working experience in a JV environment would be an advantage. 3.Language proficiency: English level CET4 or equivalent. Able to communicate English at working level. 4.PC skills: Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Maintenance Management System.
