Primary Function • To collect the tag number documents and drawings as per the requirement • To note down the required information document and drawing and summarize it as report. Upload them to system. • To categorize drawings and documents as per technical information team requirement • To assist technical information team on other documentation clean up issues. • the Autocad drawing as per engineers requirement • Tidy up tag number according to Document and Equipment Numbering Standard (DENS). • Clean up the Phase II project electronic files. Critical Skills • Being patient and detail-oriented • Good command of English in writing and reading • Good command of MS Office application, especially Excel • Bachelor degree of engineering, computer science or any other information management related major is preferred.
