We are currently seeking contractor position as follows: Job Deion: Position: Material Man - (Contractor): 1 Work Location: Tang Gu Period: 6 months Purpose: To provide professional support to the materials management on stock items for Bohai operation warehouse, within the company guidelines, with the objective of effective support to Bohai operations. Accountabilities and End Results: • Effective management and controlling of material and equipment of Bohai warehouse operation stock items, including material incoming, transferring and outgoing warehouse movement • To maintain the correct record for all of the activities including goods receipt, goods issuing out and goods movement onshore to offshore. • Responsible for the material tracking for offshore materials request. • Responsible to solve the NCR problem about stock items goods receipt. Roles and Responsibilities: • Main role of responsibility is to assist warehouse supervisor with the controlling of Bohai warehouse stock materials, including their incoming, transferring and outgoing warehouse movement. • Be in ge of controlling material and spare parts and transfer between the onshore warehouse and offshore warehouse. • Responsible for tracking those pending items in SAP that offshore required but not ordered. • To be leading in the daily work for stock items goods receiving and materials handling. • To be responsible for physical counting on stock items during the inventory stocktaking • Responsible to solve the NCR problem about stock items goods receipt • To be responsible for all HSE related issues in stock materials receiving, storage and handling • Qualification and Critical Skills: • University Graduate or Specialized School (technical or engineering major) • 2-3 years of technical, mechanical or engineering experience • Speak, read and write fluent English • Computer literacy • Commitment to work, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, confidentiality, planning and time management, problem solving, team work Please send your resumes to COPCHR@ConocoPhillips.com with subject as ＂Position -First Name, Last Name＂, In order to be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process according to instructions.
