Accountabilities and End Results: · Development/Maintain bills of material base on operation daily changes. · Development/Maintain SPIRs (Spare Parts Interchangeability Record) base on operation daily changes. · Other spare related jobs as necessary. Primary Functions: SPIR Development/Maintenance: create SPIR for new add-in equipments and maintenance of existing SPIRs for operation day to day changes various resources (MOC, projects, and continuous inventory optimization) for Bohai full field facilities. BOM Development/Maintenance: develop / maintain BOMs for Bohai existing facilities and future add-in facilities control / manage changes various resources (MOC, projects, and continuous inventory optimization). Other Spare Related Jobs: Create PRs if necessary, create material master numbers if necessary, training for offshore on BOM/SPIR as requirements. Critical Skills: · Appropriate Technical Education (Minimum three year college), · Strong skills with spreadsheet and word processing applications. · Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) awareness and positive attitude to risk analysis and remedy. · General understanding of industrial equipment, and machinery maintenance, preferably in a similar industry or project experience. · Ability to communicate with various department’s employees to track BOM/SPIR progress. Experience with materials management principles, preferably in a similar industry.
