Role Statement 岗位职责：1. Leading a team to Conduct physical work for the related site work. 带领一个团队 履行施工现场的相关工作；2. Management of cost and changes, Safety related work, Schedule. 费用控制、安全管理、 进度控制；3. Transfer to contractor about dedicated quality requirements and presentation routine through technical clarification. 在日常工作中严格执行业主规定；4. Coordination with Design team &ampamp Contractor &ampamp Related parties. 与设计，承包商及有关方面协调；5. Proper Reporting &ampamp Prepare and issue Notice or Report if there is any NON-Conformance. 需要的报告及出现不符合项时签发相关通知单及报告；6. Organize review &ampamp release the related KEY milestone work to next step and construction handover. 组织相关关键节点验收及交工验收；7. Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action. 识别相关安全风险及具有个人的安全防护。Requirements 岗位要求： 1. Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Mechanical or Chemical Equipment, preferably with education background in Chemical Equipment. 学士或等同学力；机械、化学相关专业；2. At least 8 years ' related working experience. At least 3 years as a team leader. 至少8年以上相关工作经验；3年以上团队领导经验；3. Good knowledge of Engineering, Quality control, Safety, Schedule management. 良好的工程知识能力、质量控制能力、安全管理能力、进度控制能力；4. Good knowledge of Cost control and Change management skill. 良好的费用控制能力及变更管理能力；5. Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as, GB 熟悉国内/国际相关标准规范；6. Frequent travel or site base and OT required according to project arrangements. 适应经常出差或长驻现场及加班；7. Good English level and local Language. 熟练的英语及粤语作为工作语言；8. Good reporting skill (Microsoft office, especially excel, PPT etc.) 良好的电脑软件和系统使用技巧。
